By submitting this form and checking the agreement box, you (the Consignor) agree to the following terms with EverEchelon (the Consignee):

1. Item Acceptance

• Items must be authentic, clean, and in excellent or gently worn condition.

• EverEchelon reserves the right to accept or decline items at our sole discretion.

 

2. Commission & Payouts

• Consignor receives 40% of the final sale price.

• EverEchelon retains 60% commission for listing, marketing, and processing.

• Payments are issued monthly via the payout method provided.

 

3. Pricing

• EverEchelon determines final pricing, taking into account brand, condition, and market demand.

• We may offer discounts and promotions to help sell items.

 

4. Consignment Period

• Items will be listed for 90 days.

• After 90 days, unsold items will be returned to the consignor upon request.

• If no response is received within 14 days of notice, items may be donated.

 

5. Ownership

• Items remain the property of the consignor until sold.

• Once sold, ownership transfers to the buyer.

 

6. Responsibility

• EverEchelon is not liable for loss or damage due to shipping, handling, or events beyond our control.

• Consignors are responsible for providing accurate brand/authenticity information.​​​​
